Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will give you total authority over your mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect emails from one mail account to another, finetune mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your e-mail boxes against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Just specify the mailbox account you would like to redirect mails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
